Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote clinical applications training for Molecular Imaging systems, ensuring customers achieve proficiency and confidence in equipment use;
- Partner with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams to coordinate system installations, clinical go-lives, and user adoption activities;
- Support customers in optimizing clinical workflows, image quality, productivity, and patient care outcomes;
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers by providing ongoing clinical support and timely solutions to their needs;
- Promote the clinical and operational value of GE HealthCare solutions by aligning product capabilities with customer requirements and objectives;
- Develop and maintain a network of key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders across the assigned territory;
- Support customer events, workshops, trade shows, user meetings, and educational programs through presentations, demonstrations, and clinical expertise;
- Utilize digital education tools and platforms to enhance learning experiences and support GE HealthCare’s digital transformation initiatives;
- Accurately document training activities, customer visits, and interactions in accordance with local processes and compliance requirements.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare discipline;
- Relevant clinical or applications experience within Molecular Imaging, including Nuclear Medicine and/or PET
- Fluency in English and one other Nordic language, both written and verbal;
- Ability to deliver clinical education, training, or applications support to healthcare professionals;
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse customer audiences;
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, spending approximately 70–80% of working time at customer sites.
