Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive clinical applications training (on-site and remote) to MICT users, ensuring safe, effective, and optimized use of GEHC MICT systems.
  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by showcasing product features, clinical benefits, and workflow integration.
  • Support the Sales team with product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and customer presentations tailored to specific clinical needs.
  • Coordinate installation and initial training activities with Sales, Service, and Clinical Education teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding experience.
  • Monitor customer installations and provide ongoing education and optimization support to enhance user proficiency and satisfaction.
  • Promote GE Healthcare’s MICT differentiators, including advanced imaging capabilities, AI-driven features, and workflow innovations.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and customer visits, delivering product demonstrations and educational sessions.
  • Document training sessions, site visits, and customer interactions in accordance with local compliance protocols.
  • Support the adoption of digital tools and contribute to the digital transformation of clinical education and customer support.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D) to provide feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging clinical practices in MICT.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent clinical qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MICT imaging.
  • Proven experience in delivering clinical training on MICT systems (GEHC or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (70–80% of working time).
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
  • Solid computer skills (MS Office and digital training platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of GEHC MICT systems or competitor platforms.
  • Experience in large hospitals or academic environments.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
