The Role of Client Services Analyst
To support the continued growth of our White Label business, GLAS is seeking an Analyst to join the White Label Team. This role is responsible for managing and processing the operational aspects of a portfolio of white label loans and debt transactions, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and within required deadlines.
The successful candidate will act as a primary operational contact for borrowers, lenders, and clients, supporting transactions from onboarding and closing through ongoing administration and final maturity. Responsibilities
- Managing drawdowns, rollovers, rate fixes, pre-payments, redemptions and maturities.
- Inputting relevant data into our loan tracking system.
- Generating and sending notices to Borrowers and Lenders within specific timeframes.
- Receiving and checking SSI’s, initiating the call back process where necessary.
- Managing funds flow between Borrowers and Lenders.
- Making payments through our banking platforms and arranging a foreign exchange transaction where appropriate.
- Calculating and payment of principal repayments, interest, commitment and other fees (including PIK and non-pro rata events)
- Reconciling accounts.
- Handling of transfers ensuring requests comply with the transaction documentation and the collection of transfer fees.
- Understanding of deal documentation for inputting into the system or responding to Borrower / Lender queries.
- Dealing with client queries in a timely manner.
- Dealing with Audit request.
- Timely escalation of relevant matters to Team Leader and/or Managers.
- Due diligence with regards to potential fraud, money laundering, and both financial and reputational risk to GLAS.
- Onboarding new transactions into internal systems
- Obtaining proper documentation from clients to onboard borrowers and lenders
- Opening bank accounts for new transactions
- Handling communication for deal closings including KYC, document intake, operational matters
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven examples of working to tight deadlines
- A high degree of detail and strong organisational skills
- Previous experience of using SOLVAS desirable
- A desirable degree in a finance or business related field
