Job Description
Allstate is currently seeking a Claims Learning and Development (L&D) Facilitator (Bodily Injury) to support ACG Claims L&D. This role is responsible for facilitating to Claim BI Advisors through engaging and impactful learning experiences aligned with business unit strategies. You will be responsible for equipping individuals with the skills needed to drive business outcomes while ensuring programs are customer-centered, efficient, and cost-effective.
You will also be responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of online training resources, task/procedural documentation, classroom training and organizational development initiatives. This role works collaboratively with Business Stakeholders, Project Teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Accountabilities:
Deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences through effective facilitation and follow-up coaching
Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programs aligned to business goals and skill gaps
Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams to assess needs and implement targeted solutions
Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance data and feedback; recommend and implement enhancements
Support Claims leaders, Quality, and Compliance teams in identifying and addressing capability gaps
Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to ensure effective delivery and resource alignment
Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices, tools, and lessons learned
Facilitation & Engagement: Engages diverse audiences through clear, interactive virtual delivery
Learning Design: Creates practical, business-aligned learning solutions that drive skill development and adoption
Coaching & Mentoring: Supports learners in applying knowledge to real-world scenarios
Consulting & Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships and influences stakeholders to address learning needs
Project Management: Manages multiple priorities effectively within an agile environment
Technology Proficiency: Leverages tools (e.g., MS Teams, Workday, SharePoint) to deliver and support learning
Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and experience in handling Bodily Injury claims
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently deliver training to diverse audiences
Working knowledge with internal Allstate applications (Claims Center, AllDocs, Genesys, etc.)
Applied knowledge of learning software is an asset (i.e. MS Teams, SharePoint, Workday, Degreed, Kahoot, Menti meter, etc.)
Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build trust with stakeholders
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and recommend practical solutions
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking initiative and ownership of outcomes
Comfortable adapting to change and learning new tools, processes, and ways of working
Bilingual in French is an asset.
