Operations Team
We’re the ones building trust with every interaction—whether it’s a sale, a support conversation, or handling a claim. We make sure prospects and customers feel supported, heard, and cared for. Speed and quality matter to us, and we track our progress closely so we can keep improving. Looking ahead, we’re preparing for medical underwriting in 2025—another step in making our service even stronger.
Your role
We are looking for a motivated Claims & Insurance Specialist to join our Operations team and strengthen our presence in the German market. In this role, you will combine customer-facing responsibilities with process improvement initiatives, ensuring smooth claims handling while shaping the future of our insurance operations.
What you'll do:
- Handle P&C claims in the German market, ensuring customers receive clear and timely communication.
- Manage claims processed by our third-party administrator, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Respond to product-related customer queries, providing accurate and empathetic guidance.
- Spot recurring issues and suggest improvements based on customer insights.
- Drive AI initiatives and help automate workflows across the operations department.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Help Center, FAQs, and internal knowledge base.
Your profile
- You speak and write fluent German and communicate confidently in a professional setting.
- Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
- Motivated to build a long-term career in insurance, with a strong interest in growing your expertise in P&C.
- Curious, eager to learn, and proactive in asking questions to deepen your understanding.
- Service-minded, with a genuine drive to solve problems for customers.
