Ship growth experiments, optimize SEO and Core Web Vitals, implement accessible and polished interfaces, and manage website CI/CD, Netlify infrastructure, monitoring, and performance. Provide technical leadership for the Insurance Platform team, owning end-to-end policy lifecycle management, payment flows, and backoffice tooling. Design scalable platform abstractions that support new insurance products and country markets without custom integrations. Maintain operational health, evolve complex web applications and services, and translate product demands into reusable capabilities. Collaborate across product and engineering teams while applying domain-driven design, service-oriented architecture, observability, and AI-assisted development practices.

Work with Product and Insurance teams to define KPIs, analyze A/B tests, build and maintain real-time dashboards, contribute to dbt-based data pipelines, and provide data-driven recommendations to influence product roadmap and outcomes.

Provide in-house legal support for Insify's international expansion across Europe: advise on Dutch and EU commercial and regulatory law, own GDPR/privacy, embed legal into Product/Growth/Commercial, build compliance infrastructure, and enable faster market entry by turning legal risk into strategic advantage.

Lead France content strategy and execution for Insify: create and manage customer-facing content (blog, landing pages, e-books, CRM flows, social), optimize SEO/SEA, support UX copy and channel launches, brief and manage external partners, and drive retention lifecycle communications to grow brand awareness among freelancers and small entrepreneurs.

Lead Insify’s brand strategy and voice across markets, manage a small creative team and agencies, own brand health metrics, run measurable brand campaigns, ensure product fluency informs creative, and embed brand judgment across customer touchpoints to drive awareness, trust, and organic demand.
