ABOUT THE CHUBB ASSOCIATE PROGRAM (CAP):
As part of the CAP program you will be part of an experience that supports the well-rounded development of critical business skills which in turn contributes to the future success of our company. Our two year program is designed to include hands-on business assignments in one of a variety of disciplines, interactive classroom instruction, team assignments and direct interaction with other early career professionals as well as experienced professionals and engaged leaders. 
 CAP is a truly blended curriculum that includes coordinated classroom training, webinar training, online self-study, on-the-job learning, group project work, mentoring and networking. As part of CAP, you will receive: 

  • Challenging assignments and the opportunity to contribute to the results of a team;

  • Collaborative learning and group assignments with program members to help gain broader organizational understanding;
    Technical training to deepen your skill level within your chosen discipline and an understanding of our broader industry.

  • Interpersonal effectiveness skill development to help you enhance communication and interactive skills;

  • Executive engagement allowing program members the opportunity to network and learn from Chubb’s thought leaders; 

  • Peer mentoring support to help members navigate through professional situations in their early development; 

  • A pathway to leadership development opportunities and global assignments. 

 

From Day One, you will play an active role within the organization by developing new ideas, having exposure to new business opportunities, and providing service to an existing renewal portfolio. To be successful, you will need to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our brokers and interface with them to develop winning solutions. Your analytical abilities and strong broker relationships will help Chubb grow profitably and reach our overall business targets.

Qualifications
  • University degree with strong average to above-average grades. 

  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills.

  • Proven interpersonal and team-building skills, with an ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

  • Must demonstrate integrity, enthusiasm, and drive to deliver team and corporate goals.

  • Aptitude for evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting information.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Technically adept/digitally savvy.
