ABOUT THE CHUBB ASSOCIATE PROGRAM (CAP):
As part of the CAP program you will be part of an experience that supports the well-rounded development of critical business skills which in turn contributes to the future success of our company. Our two year program is designed to include hands-on business assignments in one of a variety of disciplines, interactive classroom instruction, team assignments and direct interaction with other early career professionals as well as experienced professionals and engaged leaders.
CAP is a truly blended curriculum that includes coordinated classroom training, webinar training, online self-study, on-the-job learning, group project work, mentoring and networking. As part of CAP, you will receive:

From Day One, you will play an active role within the organization by developing new ideas, having exposure to new business opportunities, and providing service to an existing renewal portfolio. To be successful, you will need to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our brokers and interface with them to develop winning solutions. Your analytical abilities and strong broker relationships will help Chubb grow profitably and reach our overall business targets.
