We’re looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role partners closely with the CEO and the executive leadership team, and plays a critical role in scaling a fast-growing cybersecurity company in the identity security space. What you’ll do:
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and company-wide priorities.
• Own follow-ups on key decisions and ensure accountability across the leadership team.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and executive discussions.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning processes, including goal setting and performance tracking.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions.
• Work closely on strategic partnerships, including partner strategy, executive-level coordination, and follow-through on key partnership initiatives.
• Lead special projects critical to company growth and execution.
RequirementsWhat you’ll bring:
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting within high-growth technology companies.
• Exceptional analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Ability to operate with high ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.
• Based in New York / New Jersey and able to work closely with the CEO.
• Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or B2B technology environments is a strong advantage.
