Channel Sales Engineer – After Sales
Are you passionate about business development, channel sales, and turning data into commercial success? Do you enjoy working with distributors, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing business decisions through market insights?
As a Channel Sales Engineer – After Sales, you will play a key role in expanding our aftermarket business across Poland and selected regional markets. Working closely with distributors and regional stakeholders, you will combine commercial leadership, partner development, and business analytics to drive sustainable growth and strengthen our market position.

Your responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of our aftermarket business (spare parts, service solutions, upgrades, and modernization projects) through our distributor network in Poland and across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and business partners to maximize sales opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Monitor sales performance and key business KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze aftermarket sales data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support business growth.
- Develop market-specific strategies and initiatives to increase aftermarket sales and customer engagement.
- Act as a regional business partner, providing analytical and transactional support to selected countries within the region.
- Collaborate closely with local Channel Sales Engineers and regional stakeholders to implement growth initiatives and share best practices.
- Influence regional teams through data-driven recommendations, commercial insights, and market expertise.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within aftermarket, spare parts, industrial components, technical products, or service solutions.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends and translate findings into effective business actions.
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales networks.
- Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical and strategic thinking.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives across an organization without direct reporting authority.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- Good command of English.
