This is an 18-month secondment/fixed term opportunity.
You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the o9 project for a specific Business Unit for all the functions. You will be collaborating with leaders and colleagues at all levels within the BU and the regional project team. How you will contribute
You will:
- Act as the change partner to the BU Implementation Lead - bringing insights on required change activities and leveraging their connections to drive stakeholder engagement, awareness, and adoption.
- Localize and lead the execution of change management plans aligned with global and regional S4/o9 plans and organizational goals.
- Assess change impacts across all functions and define mitigation measures such as trainings and communication for a smooth change.
- Lead system, process and mindset changes with the BU implementation team, with KPIs defined and tracked to measure success and adoption.
- Build change capability in teams through coaching and partnership.
- Own accountability for end user training within the BU - ensuring people are invited, trained, tracking attendance and completion, and monitoring effectiveness.
- Own the upskilling journey of Key Users and Champions as their primary point of contact - calling upon Functional Change Leads for content support when needed. Organize & co-host trainings and assess readiness.
- Define the stakeholder landscape within the BU, cluster, and markets. Identify, onboard, and launch Change Champions and Key Users based on defined criteria. Build strong relationships and deliver impactful presentations.
- Ensure end-to-end cross-functional coordination by consolidating functional inputs into one coherent, role-based view of change - ensuring impacted roles receive one consistent message regardless of how many workstreams affect them.
What you will bring

- Experience managing change initiatives; specifically, experience of complex MEU / Global projects with cross functional collaboration.
- Experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels in the organization.
- Knowledge, experience and exposure to best practices in change management principles and experience of managing and participating in large-scale business change initiatives.
- Training/instructional experience via managing delivery of training programs.
- A passion for change, can drive big-picture thinking and not afraid to roll up your sleeves (e.g., a hands-on approach and a willingness to work both strategically and tactically).
- Experience in WOW and politics in the BU and an understanding of IBP

- This role reports directly into the 09 MEU Change Lead with a dotted line to the BU.
- The S4/o9 project is a multi-year, global program to transform business capabilities via SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation.
What you need to know about this position:
- This role sits in the MEU S4/o9 Change Management structure and will work closely with your regional and functional S4/O9 team.
- The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional uncertainty, making a real impact with visibility within MEU.

- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to analyze data to assess change and an ability to facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.

Education / Certifications:
- Relevant functional qualification and / or experience.
- Change Management Accreditation a significant advantage.

- Transformation and/or Change Management Experience
- Proven track record in working cross functionally across the business / in projects
- Strong network within the company and understanding of MEU and BU WoW.
Travel requirements:
Infrequent / ~10%
