About the role

We are looking for a Casino Product and Commercial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee key product initiatives, support commercial activities, and help drive the overall success and growth. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth operations, strong performance, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire casino vertical across product, commercial, and operations.
• Build and manage relationships with casino aggregators connected through our global API network.
• Negotiate commercial terms, secure top rates, and structure long term agreements.
• Source, onboard, and manage direct relationships with leading casino providers.
• Define and manage the casino front end lobby: categories, UI logic, player journeys, personalization rules.
• Work closely with R&D, design, and front end teams to deliver the casino experience inside our platform.
• Plan and execute casino content release strategy
  
• Collaborate closely with CRM and marketing on a daily basis
• Monitor performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the casino roadmap and integration priorities.
• Ensure compliance and certifications for all casino content across regulated markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in casino product or casino commercial roles in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of aggregators, providers, RTP, volatility, and market-specific game trends.
• Experience negotiating rates and managing commercial partnerships.
• Solid product management skills and strong communication with R&D teams.
• Data driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and make fast decisions.
• Ownership mentality, capable of running an entire vertical independently.
• Advantage: experience with large API-based distribution networks and multi-market environments.
