At Rite Care, we provide Justice Wraparound services to youth who are involved in, or at risk of becoming involved in, the Juvenile Justice System. Through individualized case management, mentoring, skill building, advocacy, and connections to community resources, we help address each youth’s behavioral, educational, family, and social needs. Rite Care works collaboratively with families, schools, probation officers, and community providers to strengthen supports, reduce barriers, promote accountability, and help youth remain successfully connected to their homes, schools, and communities.
Pay: starting at $52k/year

What you will do: The Justice Wraparound Specialist provides intensive, family-centered coordination services for probation and problem-solving-court-involved youth aged 18 and younger. The Specialist uses wraparound principles to help youth and families build formal and informal support teams; stabilize functioning in the least restrictive, least intrusive environment; and implement individualized, strength-based, developmentally appropriate, and culturally competent service plans.
To be considered you should:
- Have a Bachelors in a Human Services related field OR an Associates in a Human Services related field; with 1-2 years’ experience OR have 4 + years’ experience in a related field
- Have at least 2 years’ experience providing direct care, case management, family-centered services or transitional services to at-risk youth and families preferred
- Have experience working with juvenile probation, problem-solving courts, juvenile placement agencies or other youth-serving systems preferred
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test
Schedule: Monday through Friday - Occasional evening & weekends will be necessary depending on family’s needs

Skills Required
