Oversee all site HR functions including employee relations, recruitment/interviewing, training support, compliance with federal/state employment law and licensing, and HR policy administration. Report to Program Director and District HR Director, support staff onboarding, manage background and health screening requirements, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment for youth.

Provide case management for adolescent residents: develop and administer case plans and treatment programs, liaise with guardians and placing agencies, complete timely reports and documentation, monitor caseload needs, and report problematic situations to management.

Manage accounting transactions for assigned cost centers per GAAP; prepare budget forecasts; review, analyze, and publish financial statements; perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; reconcile bank and general ledger accounts; support audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and background checks.

Supervise and support at-risk male youth (ages 18–21) in a secure residential treatment program, maintain a safe, normalized environment, lead shifts (12-hour schedules), enforce policies, coordinate with campus programs, and meet hiring health and background requirements. Promote youth development and positive outcomes.

Manage food service operations to prepare nutritious meals that comply with federal, state, local and Tribal regulations and the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. Maintain sanitation, equipment, and facility condition; assist with cooking, ordering, scheduling, menu changes, cost control, customer service, plant maintenance, and custodial oversight. Support Culinary Arts program as needed.

Oversee and deliver staff and student training programs, maintain and update training materials and records, coordinate training across departments and shifts, support staff development and corrective plans, ensure compliance with licensing/ROP standards, assist with supervision and HR tasks, and contribute to quality improvement and safety.

Provide clinical services for ORR program: coordinate and implement standards of care, conduct mental-health assessments, deliver counseling and crisis intervention, assess safety for sponsor release, train clinicians, monitor student well-being, and maintain required documentation and compliance.

Provide clinical leadership for an all-girls residential treatment program: oversee clinical services and staff training, ensure a safe supportive environment, implement therapeutic programming, supervise staff, and promote student growth and positive outcomes.

Provide case management for at-risk youth in a secure residential program: develop and implement case plans, track progress notes, coordinate court hearings, probation visits, home passes, and act as primary liaison among students, families, staff, and placing agencies.

Provide case management and transitional services for youth in a moderate-risk residential/detention facility. Develop, administer, and facilitate case plans and treatment programs per placing agency requests; coordinate with directors, maintain caseload, and support evidence-based intensive mental health services. Must pass background, drug, physical, and TB screenings.

Provide trauma-informed, intensive in-home case management for unaccompanied children and families: weekly home visits, develop and monitor treatment plans, connect families to community services, document interventions, and conduct crisis intervention. Position includes travel to remote areas and frequent home visits.

Ensure site licensing and regulatory compliance through audits, monitoring, risk assessments, CQI oversight, corrective action plans, timely reporting, secure file management, and serving on QA and safety committees while supporting site business operations.

Provide trauma-informed case management for youth survivors of violence and trafficking: develop and administer case plans, conduct individual and group meetings, coordinate with families and agencies, document progress notes and updates, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support youth success.

As a Group Supervisor, you'll provide safety and supervision for at-risk female youth, ensuring adherence to schedules and participation in activities while maintaining required staff-to-student ratios.
