Requires Maryland Administrator Licenses I and II, teaching and special education certifications, a relevant master’s degree, administrative curriculum experience, and at least five years of staff supervision.

Oversee licensing and regulatory compliance at a secure youth treatment facility. Conduct internal audits, monitoring, risk assessments, and corrective action planning; coordinate continuous quality improvement; disseminate compliance information; and train employees on state, federal, PREA, and organizational requirements.
