Provides administrative support to management and program staff, maintains office procedures and professional standards, and assists with administrative operations at a secure youth facility. The role requires office management experience, compliance with screening requirements, and eligibility to drive for the organization. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Supports daily HR operations, including new-hire processing, employment verifications, personnel and medical file creation, documentation follow-up, employee records, and administrative tasks. Provides courteous service to employees, applicants, supervisors, and visitors while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Lead regional compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective action for Southwest facilities to ensure adherence to licensing, state regulations, PREA and CARF standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, provide technical assistance, mitigate vulnerabilities, and support management to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance across juvenile placement sites.

Leads educational services at a Maryland alternative high school, advising the Site Director and overseeing curriculum, instructional objectives, policies, programs, budgets, and staff development. Supervises Education, Vocational and Resource, IT, and athletics personnel while supporting students and staff in an alternative school environment. Requires Maryland Administrator Licenses I and II, teaching and special education certifications, a relevant master’s degree, administrative curriculum experience, and at least five years of staff supervision.

Conducts compliance audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across California and Nevada facilities. Ensures adherence to licensing requirements, state regulations, PREA, and CARF standards; collaborates with internal teams and external agencies; provides technical assistance; identifies vulnerabilities; and develops corrective action plans. The role supports compliance success across all sites and requires regional travel.

Manage submission, follow-up, and collection of Medicaid and Managed Care claims for PRTF/residential behavioral health services; ensure claims match authorizations and contracted rates; track billed vs authorized days; maintain HIPAA compliance and resolve AR with payers.

Manage day-to-day operations and quality delivery of treatment, education, vocational, clinical, medical and food services at a residential treatment center for male youth (18-20). Responsibilities include budgeting, staff development and training, regulatory compliance, facility maintenance, program oversight, and stakeholder communication.

The Director of Fundraising and Scholarships leads fundraising efforts for managed nonprofits, creates strategies for revenue growth, engages with donors, and collaborates with executive teams to enhance donor relations.

Produce, oversee, and analyze financial information, taxes, and filings for the organization. Maintain general ledger, perform month-end close, prepare reports, and support accounting operations. Collaborate with staff, interview candidates if needed, and comply with required background and regulatory checks.

Manage execution, tracking, and reporting for ORR-funded contracts. Prepare financial statements, monitor budgets, coordinate compliance with OMB/GAAP, support audits, prepare proposals/amendments, and provide technical assistance to operations and leadership on grant fiscal requirements.
