Oversee residential services and living units at a secure youth facility, supervise unit managers and direct-care staff, ensure program implementation, compliance with ROP policies and licensing, manage resources to provide trauma-informed, gender-responsive care, and serve as Program Director in their absence.

Oversee and deliver staff and student training programs, maintain and update training materials and records, coordinate training across departments and shifts, support staff development and corrective plans, ensure compliance with licensing/ROP standards, assist with supervision and HR tasks, and contribute to quality improvement and safety.

Manage food service for a residential youth program: prepare and supervise scratch cooking, ensure federal/state/local food safety compliance, maintain sanitary practices, oversee inventory/orders, and supervise the Food Service team.

The Bilingual Case Manager develops and implements treatment plans for youth, managing case plans according to agency requests and student needs.

As a Group Supervisor, you'll provide safety and supervision for at-risk female youth, ensuring adherence to schedules and participation in activities while maintaining required staff-to-student ratios.

The Director of Group Living manages residential services, oversees staff, ensures care quality, and implements policies for at-risk youth at Tuscaloosa Academy.

Provide administrative support to Regional Supervisor and site staff, manage office procedures per guidelines, and act as Travel Specialist booking and scheduling travel for caseworkers and clinical staff.

The CFT Facilitator will develop and facilitate Child and Family Team services, monitor individual treatment plans, and coordinate with various service providers.

The Ranch Manager oversees ranch operations, including land maintenance and youth programming, while providing mentorship and skill-building opportunities for at-risk youth.
