Skills Required
- At least 6 months of customer interaction experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
- SAFE registration and compliance with applicable Loan Originator and CFPB requirements
- Meet standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, criminal background, and ongoing screening
- Prior financial services or highly regulated customer-facing experience
- Experience building trust-based customer relationships
- Experience with proactive customer outreach
- Comfort learning and using digital tools and technology
- Ability to identify customer needs and connect them with appropriate solutions
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners
- Ability to follow policies, regulations, and escalate risk concerns
