Roles & Responsibilities:
Invasive Clinical Analysis & Product Enablement
• Build and maintain value-based clinical content and requirements for all invasive exam modes, including Cath, IPV, EP, CRM, and Structural Heart.
• Act as the clinical subject matter expert (SME) for invasive workflows, ensuring alignment between real-world clinical practice and product functionality.
• Support Engineering and Testing teams by answering workflow-related questions, clarifying CCW interactions, assisting with test case creation, and executing clinical validation test cases for each release.
• Review User Requirements Specifications (URS), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Software Requirements Specifications (SwRS), working closely with the Lead Systems Designer (LSD) to ensure the correct clinical and functional requirements are addressed per release.
• Ensure all product manuals, clinical documentation, and Early Readiness Training materials are updated, validated, and completed for each release.
Additional Modules Ownership
• Own and serve as the primary clinical lead for the Inventory and Scheduling modules, ensuring scalability and usability across diverse customer environments.
• Define and help shape the future clinical vision and workflow integration for MR and CT modules, partnering with Product Management and Engineering.
Customer Success, Satisfaction & Cross-Functional Enablement
• Participate in monthly collaboration meetings with Global and USCAN application configuration teams to review customer configurations, identify gaps, and troubleshoot complex clinical and workflow issues.
• Provide hands-on clinical support during customer implementations, go-lives, upgrades, and optimization visits.
• Support pre-sales engagements, advanced product demonstrations, and in-depth workflow consultations from an invasive cardiology perspective.
• Proactively resolve customer escalations and de-risk key customer accounts through direct engagement with physicians, cath lab leadership, and service teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ways of Working
• Work in close partnership with Product Managers, Systems Engineering, UX, Development, and Quality teams to translate clinical needs into actionable requirements and validated solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies to contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, story acceptance, and release readiness.
• Influence without authority by aligning multiple stakeholders around a single, clinically sound perspective.
Qualifications & Experience
• Clinical background in invasive cardiology (e.g., Cath Lab, EP Lab, or Structural Heart environment), with strong hands-on workflow knowledge.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into software or digital health solutions.
• Familiarity with requirements documentation (URS/SRS/SwRS), clinical validation processes, and regulated medical software development preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally to customer sites to support implementations and customer engagements.
