Team Overview
The Capacity Planning team is responsible for ensuring the Customer & Consumer (B2B) Servicing organization is appropriately staffed to meet business demand while delivering exceptional customer experiences. We partner closely with operations, business leaders, and analytics teams to forecast workload, optimize resource allocation, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Support capacity planning and forecasting activities by analyzing historical operational and business performance data. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical models that help leaders make informed staffing and workload management decisions. Use SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple systems and databases. Utilize Python or R to automate reporting processes and perform exploratory data analysis. Perform data quality checks and support continuous improvement of reporting processes. Create documentation and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field. Demonstrated coursework or academic projects involving data analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business analytics. Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and the ability to interpret quantitative results to support business decisions. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
