メニュー開発への参画マスター・ペストリーシェフおよび料飲部長と連携し、最新のフードトレンドや地域の嗜好を取り入れた新商品の開発や季節限定メニューの企画を行います。
ゲスト満足度の向上ゲストやお客様とのコミュニケーションを通じて満足度を確認し、ご意見やご要望に対応するとともに、より良いペストリー体験の提供に向けた改善を実施します。
財務実績のモニタリング予算管理、売上予測、各種レポート作成をサポートし、財務目標の達成とホテル全体の目標に沿った運営を支援します。
効率的なオペレーションの推進ペストリーキッチンにおけるシステム、業務プロセス、ワークフローを管理し、円滑かつ効率的な運営を実現します。
チームの育成とサポートチームメンバーを支援し、パフォーマンスの確認やジュニアスタッフへの指導・育成を行い、前向きで生産性の高い職場環境づくりに貢献します。
法令・衛生基準の遵守衛生・安全・食品衛生およびアルコール提供に関する各種法令や基準を遵守し、ゲストとチームメンバー双方の安全と健康を最優先とする文化の醸成に努めます。

- 高等学校卒業以上
- 高い品質基準を持つレストランにおいて、ペストリーシェフとして5～6年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方
- ホスピタリティまたは調理専門学校での教育・訓練を受けた方歓迎
