The Butchery Manager is responsible for the leadership and supervision of the Butchery department within a PnP Corporate store. This function includes the planning, organizing, directing, motivating, controlling and providing practical operational support in the running of the Butchery in order to achieve the Butchery Division and the Pick n Pay’s objectives.Minimum requirements
Grade 12 / Matric / NQF 4
3 years Butchery experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
Competencies
Skilled in cutting, manufacturing, and merchandising butchery products.
Proficient in operating butchery equipment and applying safe work procedures.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for Fresh products.
Ability to adapt quickly to new information, trends, and technologies.
