Develop and maintain responsive landing pages, microsites, websites, and HTML email templates for digital marketing campaigns. Translate designs into accessible, cross-browser-compatible code, implement tracking and lead-capture functionality, support campaign launches and A/B testing, and troubleshoot performance and rendering issues. Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and CRM teams while implementing analytics and conversion tracking to improve customer journeys and campaign outcomes.

Owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, delivery, adoption, governance, and measurable business value of data products. Translates retail business needs into briefs for data engineering, analytics, reporting, and data science teams. The role manages senior stakeholders, competing priorities, cross-functional delivery, risks, dependencies, data quality, privacy, security, and continuous improvement across multiple retail domains.

Provides accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, working capital, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis support for a multi-store retail business. Reconciles high-volume POS and SAP transactions, supports audits and compliance, provides commercial insights, and leads a medium-sized finance team. Requires retail or FMCG accounting experience, SAP expertise, advanced Excel skills, and financial team leadership.
