Monitor KRONOS activity, analyse labour costs and forecasts, support payroll and store queries, maintain SAP-KRONOS data, run store audits, and deliver upskilling for store managers to improve scheduling efficiency and budgeting insights.

Manage receiving and returns at store back doors: inspect deliveries, maintain cold chain and hygiene, minimize shrinkage, complete related administration, enforce security and safety, operate equipment, and coordinate with suppliers, staff and management.
