We are looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our team.
Mission:
Lead the Business Transformation team, driving strategic projects that deliver impactful organizational change and align with the company’s goals and vision.
Responsibilities:

Drive strategic collaboration with business and IT leadership teams to align on business needs, objectives, and strategic priorities.

Lead and integrate change management efforts into business transformation initiatives, driving stakeholder engagement, effective communication, training, and adoption to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational improvements.

Facilitate and lead high-level workshops to capture and prioritize requirements through advanced User Story techniques, engaging cross-functional business stakeholders.

Analyse and optimize complex business processes, performing in-depth process mapping and gap analysis to design robust TO-BE processes that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Oversee the creation and governance of comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including detailed specifications, executive reports, presentations, and user manuals.

Lead quality assurance activities, including the development and execution of rigorous testing strategies to ensure project outcomes meet business expectations.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, effective risk mitigation, and successful delivery of initiatives.

Advocate for the Spanish business in EU alignment meetings, ensuring local requirements are effectively represented and integrated.

Steer end-to-end implementation planning, managing complex dependencies, addressing challenges, and leading efforts in communication, training, and change management to ensure sustainable transformation.
Skills:

5+ years of previous experience as business analyst or consultant.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization.

Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plus.
