Role Summary
The Manager of Business Strategy & Analytics reports directly to the Vice President, Strategy, Pricing & Commercial Operations and serves as a key strategic partner in driving the growth, performance, and transformation agenda of the CCH Tagetik business.
This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of business strategy through strategic planning, market intelligence, executive reporting, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. The Manager acts as the strategic and analytical center of excellence for the business, translating market, customer, financial, and operational data into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making and accelerate business outcomes.
1. Business Strategy & Strategic Planning
Support the VP in development, refinement and execution of business growth strategy.
Lead annual strategic planning, long-range planning, operating planning and business review processes.
Own the business operating rhythm including monthly business reviews, QBRs, strategic planning sessions, KPI governance and executive performance reporting.
Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, industry analysis and competitive intelligence.
Develop strategic recommendations and business cases supporting growth initiatives and GTM priorities.
Facilitate strategy workshops and scenario planning.
Monitor AI, SaaS, cloud and technology trends and assess implications for business strategy.
Define and track strategic success metrics.
2. Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence
Lead complex analyses across commercial performance, customer behavior, product adoption, pipeline performance and operational efficiency.
Develop forecasting models, predictive analytics and scenario-planning frameworks.
Drive adoption of business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics tools.
Transform complex datasets into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
3. Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
Manage structured market intelligence and competitive analysis capabilities.
Conduct market sizing, benchmarking, customer and competitor assessments.
Provide regular strategic briefings and recommendations to leadership.
4. Strategic Initiative Governance & Execution Support
Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and develop KPI frameworks.
Track business impact, risks, dependencies and resource requirements.
Support governance forums and executive steering committees.
5. Executive Decision Support
Prepare executive presentations, business reviews and strategic planning materials.
Translate complex challenges into structured analyses and recommendations.
Act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Product, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
