Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years relevant Business Systems Analyst experience.
- Insurance or financial services domain knowledge.
- Strong communicator with ability to build and develop relationships with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver expected benefits.
- Database/SQL experience and expertise.
- Knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts and processes.
- Former technical experience preferred (e.g., working with data engineering, data science, or analytics teams).
- Outcome-oriented with the ability to drill down from the big picture to process details.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business and/or technical requirements and processes.
- Ability to effectively translate user feedback into business requirements.
