Lead end-to-end contract management and procurement deals: draft, redline, negotiate supplier agreements, engage legal/compliance/IT stakeholders, assess and mitigate contractual risk, and streamline contracting processes while meeting business timelines.

Leads Hyderabad enterprise network operations across on-premises, cloud, and contact center environments. Owns critical incident escalation, deep troubleshooting, packet and call trace analysis, root-cause analysis, network upgrades, hybrid cloud connectivity, load balancing, monitoring, automation, vendor coordination, and infrastructure lifecycle management. Mentors local network staff, coordinates with global infrastructure and security teams, manages ISP escalations, maintains technical documentation, and drives improvements that reduce recurring incidents and mean time to resolution.

Develop and integrate SAP ABAP solutions supporting a production SAP ECC Finance platform and a multi-year migration to S/4HANA. Responsibilities include hands-on ABAP development, integration design and development with internal and external systems, SAP implementation methodology, and support for SAP Finance modules. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Design, build, and support scalable cloud-native web applications and microservices using React, Node/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Create REST APIs, implement CI/CD pipelines, optimize performance and security, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Design and implement lakehouse data architectures (preferably Snowflake); build batch and streaming data pipelines (Spark, Kafka, Flink); architect MDM solutions; enable API-driven data access; translate insurance and wealth management data needs into scalable models; ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance; drive cloud migration and modernization; provide technical leadership and mentorship.

Provide medical consultations, conduct morbidity reviews, analyze medical data, train staff, and lead healthcare projects to support underwriting decisions.

Lead end-to-end RPA development using UiPath and related tools. Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation solutions; lead development team through SDLC; collaborate with business and IT; apply REFramework, API/SQL integration and performance tuning; mentor juniors and manage projects using Agile/Waterfall.
