Develop and maintain Java microservices and APIs using Spring Boot, integrate AWS services, manage cloud deployments, maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot performance issues, and collaborate with DevOps, QA, and business teams. The role also involves documenting architecture and deployment processes while ensuring application scalability and security.

Leads technology delivery and operations for a large Hyderabad-based organization of approximately 300 employees. Oversees strategic programs, platform modernization, cloud adoption, DevOps, production operations, service reliability, governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, and leadership development. Partners with global business and technology leaders to deliver secure, resilient, scalable platforms and measurable operational outcomes.

Build and operate cloud-native developer platforms and infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or Azure. Own complex platform initiatives from design through production, standardize tooling with Terraform or Pulumi and Argo CD, and support Kubernetes, AI/ML infrastructure, model serving, GPU management, and LLM integrations. Contribute to architectural decisions, design documentation, ADRs, compliance practices, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
