In this role, you will design, build, and maintain reliable data solutions for the enterprise. Responsibilities include creating large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines using frameworks like Spark and Hadoop, as well as collaborating with teams to manage data in a cloud environment.

The Associate of Operations will execute transactions, resolve cases requiring rework, and innovate improvements in their work area. They will ensure performance meets service level agreements, prioritize personal learning, and focus on delivering high-quality outputs in a timely manner.

The Associate in Technology Operations will provide desktop, laptop, and mobile support, manage hardware and software upgrades, and resolve issues for end-users. Responsibilities include system diagnostics, consultative services, project coordination, customer education, and maintaining professional relationships while working autonomously and collaboratively within the team.
