Process US life and annuity transactions, meet SLAs for turnaround and quality, provide customer-facing clarifications, and maintain accuracy, time management, and night-shift availability.

Design and implement lakehouse data architectures (preferably Snowflake); build batch and streaming data pipelines (Spark, Kafka, Flink); architect MDM solutions; enable API-driven data access; translate insurance and wealth management data needs into scalable models; ensure data governance, security, and regulatory compliance; drive cloud migration and modernization; provide technical leadership and mentorship.
