The Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop professional and technical skills, and receive mentorship while working on meaningful projects. Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and development of learner-centred skilling programmes by gathering requirements, defining measurable outcomes, coordinating resources, and maintaining plans and stakeholder updates. 
• Use approved AI-assisted tools to analyse learning needs, synthesise stakeholder and learner inputs, draft personas, outlines, storyboards, assessments, and prototypes, and improve accessibility and efficiency with appropriate human review.
• Assist with building, testing, launching, and maintaining end-to-end learning experiences, including content versioning, skills metadata, reusable content libraries, and machine-readable resources.
• Collect and analyse learner feedback, usage, completion, satisfaction, behaviour-change, and time-to-competency signals; help maintain dashboards and communicate programme impact.
• Contribute to business programme research, requirements, project plans, RACI documentation, timelines, milestones, risk mitigation, cost-benefit analysis, and landing and communication plans.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts, internal teams, external partners, and customers to validate content, resolve operational needs, and build stakeholder understanding, buy-in, and adoption.
• Follow Microsoft standards for responsible AI, privacy, security, accessibility, licensing, and intellectual property, escalating risks and applying feedback from managers and peers.

Programme Eligibility:

• Applicants must be South African citizens and meet the eligibility requirements of the Microsoft South Africa BBBEE Internship Programme.
• Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Learning and Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for technology and customer engagement.
