This role will support the Latin America Business PMO team in the planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of business projects and transformation initiatives.
The intern will have the opportunity to develop practical experience in project management, process improvement, data analysis, reporting, automation, and project governance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Latin America.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers and project owners in planning, executing, and monitoring business projects;
Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and relevant project documentation;
Support the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, presentations, and key performance indicators;
Collect, organize, validate, and analyze project and business data using tools such as Excel and Power BI;
Follow up with project teams and stakeholders on pending actions, deliverables, and agreed deadlines;
Support the Business PMO project intake, assessment, prioritization, and governance processes;
Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, standard work, and opportunities for process improvement;
Contribute to the identification and implementation of automation and productivity opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform and other digital tools;
Qualifications/Requirements:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field;
Availability to complete an internship according to the local program requirements;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Platform 365 (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), programing languague (C# or Python);
Interest in project management, process improvement, data analytics, automation, or business transformation;
Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and follow up on multiple activities;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Intermediate or advanced English.
