How You Make a Difference

As a Business Planning & Strategy Analyst, you play a crucial role in monitoring our market position and optimizing channel and sales strategies. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales Managers, and Key Account Managers to drive informed decisions based on data insights. Your focus will be on generating sales and market reports, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring smart business investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create regular sales and profitability reports per customer and product group (mainly TV).
  • Present insights to stakeholders and support channel-specific strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and planning.
  • Conduct market research, forecasts, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Translate market insights into strategic recommendations.
  •  Manage quarterly budgets (marketing, incentives, internal contributions).
  • Set monthly sales targets and align budgets with Business Controlling.
  • Prepare daily market data reports and support monthly forecasting.

As our new Business Planning & Strategy Analyst, you are analytical, resilient under pressure, and results-oriented. You are hands-on, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment where you can turn data into actionable insights.

We also request:

  • A completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HBO level)
  • 0–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a strong advantage)
  •  Strong skills in Excel, with some experience in data analysis or BI tools being a plus
  • An eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
