How You'll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business operations and propose solutions that support organizational goals
- Evaluate organizational structure, policies and procedures to identify opportunities for enhanced processes and planning
- Compile, interpret and present data to inform decisions regarding current and future operations
- Create reports, charts, graphs and presentations that help shape new business strategies
- Develop project estimates by identifying phases, personnel needs and associated costs
- Assess external market trends and data sources to deliver actionable recommendations to management
- Recommend improvements that may involve new technologies or alternative uses of existing technology
