Summary:
Performs business systems audits and control work throughout the organization. Acts as a project manager of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects that integrate financial and customer order information, standardizes and speeds up the Manufacturing and Human Resources processes, and reduces inventory. Documents requirements for configuring ERP applications and uses ERP implementation methodologies (i.e. GAP analysis, ASAP, JAD sessions). Applies information systems development, implementation and operation control concepts in a wide variety of technology settings and appropriately assesses the exposures (including cyber-risk) resulting from ineffective or missing control practices or technology applications. Identifies and defines system enhancements to the current ERP system. May be required to use Express C++, XML, HTML, SQL, Java programming and/or other computer languages and utilize databases such as Oracle, UNIX and Windows Operating Systems. May be required to develop and deliver training related to ERP reporting tools.Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
- Creation and updates of items, BOM (Bill of Materials), option classes, structure, rules, user interfaces in Oracle EBS and in future Oracle CPQ Cloud system.
- Create and maintain configuration rules (logic, numeric, constraint, etc) as per business needs.
- Writing and maintaining java extension rules for customizations in OCD.
- Publishing configurator models.
- Test and validate the functionalities and integrations after publishing the models.
- Manage integration of configurator with Oracle Quoting, OM, iStore and external systems
- Work closely with senior team members, business analysts, PLMs, quoting, sales and order management teams to provide end-to-end support.
- Work closely with pricing team and help them in troubleshooting any issues.
- Create and maintain documents of business requirements and configurator model updates and maintenance.
- Help with any other tasks expected from commercial operations team.
Required Qualification and Skills
- B-Tech, BE in Computer Science, information technology or a related field.
- Excellent java programming skills
- Excellent in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Basic knowledge of CPQ process.
- Must have knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, pricing, quoting and order management basics.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, macros, ppt, etc)
- Strong analytical mindset and skills.
- Open to learn new technologies and enterprise architecture.
