Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area - Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer · Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area

- Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
- Support the Commercial and Channel Partner teams by preparing quotations, processing orders, tracking order status, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate the end-to-end service operations process, including parts ordering, logistics coordination, service scheduling, and return of parts/tools after job completion.
- Monitor service contracts, warranty cases, and service-related transactions to ensure accurate execution and revenue realization.
- Partner with Commercial, Service Delivery, Field Engineers, and customers to drive operational excellence and support business revenue targets.
- Manage vendor relationships, including supplier onboarding, purchase order creation, service procurement, performance monitoring, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate vendor service activities with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure services are delivered according to agreed timelines and requirements.
- Support billing and invoicing processes by ensuring service documentation, service reports, proof of delivery, and other required information are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Track and resolve operational issues related to quotations, orders, deliveries, billing discrepancies, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and operational data in company systems while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and financial controls.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Service, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze service-related data, and provide recommendations to support business decisions and continuous process improvement.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding service operations, vendor coordination, and order fulfillment activities.
