Key Responsibilities
MDM - Data Quality (80%)
- Perform data cleansing to eliminate outdated, duplicate, or irrelevant records.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability to support business decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance data reliability and efficiency.
- Utilize data quality tools to automate validation, cleansing, and monitoring processes.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess and optimize data quality processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
MDM - Process & Experience (20%)
- Support the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.
- Assist in metadata management to document data lineage, definitions, and dependencies.
- Help establish and monitor data quality standards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on data governance principles and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a data-focused or process improvement role.
- Proven ability to work across multiple business units and think strategically.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging leadership.
- Familiarity with CAI MDM tools and master data processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data quality and governance tools.
- Knowledge of data management best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
