Business, P&L Leadership
- Own full P&L performance including Orders, Revenue, Operating Profit, Gross Margin, Cash and Market Share. Develop and execute the South Asia Imaging growth strategy. Drive sustainable and profitable growth across all customer segments – govt., private & enterprise. Lead pricing, portfolio, and commercial investment decisions.
- Build and execute annual and long-term business plans. Drive commercial excellence across direct and channel sales. Strengthen key account management and enterprise customer relationships. Lead strategic negotiations for complex commercial opportunities.
- Identify new growth opportunities across public, private and emerging healthcare segments. Develop market expansion strategies.
- Build executive relationships with key customers. Improve customer experience across the lifecycle. Champion Voice of Customer initiatives. Represent GE HealthCare at major customer and industry forums.
- Partner with MII team to build further on portfolio strategy. Drive successful product launches. Improve portfolio competitiveness. Influence localisation priorities. Represent South Asia in global business reviews
- Lead collaboration across service, Distribution, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain / OTR, Finance, HR, Regulatory & Compliance Ensure customers experience One GE HealthCare.
- This role requires significant experience in Commercial Healthcare domain
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
