We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development (BizDev) professional to join our team.
This role will lead end-to-end projects, from market research to execution, and will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for our online healthcare services.
This role will focus on creating new revenue streams for the company, including launching new markets (European countries, United States), new product offerings, etc.
The ideal candidate will be a highly independent, tech-savvy driver with a "can-do" attitude. You must have a deep understanding of product, e-commerce, and marketing dynamics, coupled with the ability to take full ownership and lead complex, end-to-end projects for months at a time, constantly pushing them forward to successful completion.
Responsibilities- Manage partnership and sales processes from outreach to onboarding
- Lead commercial market entry and expansion strategy in the UK
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the UK medical
- Support business growth initiatives and revenue expansion efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to support commercial activities
- Help identify new market opportunities and partnership channels
- Track partnership performance and support optimization efforts
- Identify and unlock new partnership opportunities that support UK growth objectives
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roles (Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Marketplace Operations, or General Management)
- Proven track record of managing B2B partnerships and driving commercial growth end-to-end
- Strong understanding of the UK market is essential (direct experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in launching, scaling, or operating within the UK market is a strong advantage
- Background in HealthTech, Pharma Services, Telemedicine, eCommerce, B2B SaaS, or other regulated industries
- Ability to operate in early-stage, high-growth environments and build processes from scratch
- Strong commercial mindset combined with analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
- Existing network within the UK healthcare, pharmacy, clinic, or medical cannabis ecosystem - An Advantage
- Exposure to or experience working with regulators such as MHRA, CMA, or equivalent bodies- An Advantage
