What Are We Looking For?
You're hungry, capable of business-level and technical conversations over LinkedIn, email, or cold call. Nothing scares you, including the C-suite. Your ability to persuade, lead, and confidently handle objections is top-notch, and you bring a strong sense of urgency to every goal. You also like to build - contributing ideas to our outbound playbook and messaging. This is a US-hours role (however, Sun-Thu): you'll work afternoon–evening shifts to sell into the US market. Responsibilities- Prospect into strategic US enterprise health-system accounts via calls, email and LinkedIn
- Run discovery calls and qualify against clear criteria
- Create and test high-impact, on-brand outbound messaging that gets decision-makers to respond
- Book qualified meetings and generate SQLs for Account Executives
- Partner with AEs on handoff, account strategy, and follow-up
- Use events and conferences as a springboard to get in front of our ICPs
- 1–2 years in an SDR/BDR role or equivalent, in SaaS or B2B enterprise
- Availability to work US hours (afternoon–evening shifts in Israel)
- Native or near-native English, with strong, creative writing skills
- Will to win - thick-skinned, tenacious, self-motivated, and organized
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a genuine team player
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience qualifying leads (BANT / MEDDICC or similar)
- Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator experience
- Familiarity with Conversational AI and/or the US healthcare
- Knowledge of LLMs (GPT/Claude/Gemini)

Skills Required
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an SDR/BDR role

- Native or near-native level of English
- SaaS and/or B2B enterprise experience
- Strong and creative writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Methodical, organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNav (Sales Navigator) experience
- Knowledge about Conversational AI
- Knowledge about the US healthcare system
