Job Description
Candidates based in Mexico City who are available to work from our office a few days per month are preferred. However, we are also open to considering candidates from other locations within Mexico who are interested in a remote role.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be a visionary partner in Motorola Solutions’ commitment to protecting people, property, and places. This impact-driven role focuses on expanding our presence across Mexico by proactively connecting organizations with the technology that keeps them safe. You won’t just be selling products; you’ll be building the pipeline for Video Security, Access Control, and AI Analytics that make a tangible difference in the world.

By executing targeted outreach and leading compelling webinars, you will illuminate how our ecosystem solves the most complex security challenges. Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Outreach
Execute high-volume, strategic engagement campaigns through Outreach to identify untapped market opportunities
Proactively engage potential clients via cold calling to expand our footprint in the Mexico market
Conduct compelling pre-qualification webinars to showcase our value propositions to diverse audiences
Strategic Prospecting
Utilize strategic prospecting techniques to transform passive data into active sales insights
Assess prospect needs and build high-quality sales pipelines through rigorous lead qualification
Partner with regional sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities
Data & Analytics Management
Maintain customer data integrity and lifecycle transparency using CRM tools
Ensure accurate lead tracking and robust pipeline reporting within Salesforce
Leverage market insights to strategically expand business reach and meet revenue targets

Basic Requirements
High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
1+ years of experience in Inside Sales to drive new business growth within the technology sector with proven success in Cold Calling to proactively identify and engage untapped market opportunities
Demonstrated experience in Lead Qualification to assess prospect needs and build high-quality sales pipelines is highly desirable.
1+ years of experience with Salesforce to ensure accurate lead tracking and robust pipeline reporting. Previous experience with CRM tools to manage customer data integrity and lifecycle transparency.
Knowledge of Video Surveillance & Access Control to align technology solutions with customer safety needs, is desirable
Upper Intermediate English Proficiency to collaborate effectively with global teams and take training.
