We seek driven and dynamic business development representatives to lead our outbound sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in generating leads, scheduling high-value meetings, and driving conversions. Your primary focus will be engaging Shopify store owners, showcasing how our AI-powered customer service solution can transform their operations, and ultimately turning them into satisfied clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule meetings with key decision-makers at Shopify stores.
- Deliver compelling presentations and live demos of our AI call agent solution.
- Close sales and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Share feedback and insights to help refine and optimize our sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably in tech or SaaS.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets.
Performance Metrics:
Able to consistently achieve:
- Daily Outreach Attempts: 250
- Weekly Outreach Attempts: 1,250
- Weekly Meetings Booked: 10
- Monthly Meetings Booked: 200
- Show Rate: 80% (160 meetings attended monthly)
- Required Conversion Rate: 5% to achieve 8 conversions per month
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
