As a Digital Transformation Program Lead (Vice President) in Securities Services Operations, you will lead global transformation programs that improve operational performance and client outcomes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs into clear requirements, and drive delivery with strong governance and transparency. You will use data-driven insights to prioritize work, measure impact, and communicate progress. You will help us adopt new capabilities responsibly while strengthening our operational resilience.

Job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across Securities Services Operations
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, including workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to assess current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Gather, document, and maintain layered requirements (business, user, functional, and technical) with full traceability
  • Translate requirements into solution designs, process flows, and clear acceptance criteria
  • Establish and maintain program governance, controls, and audit-ready documentation
  • Oversee business process modeling, control points, exception handling, and integration specifications
  • Support testing readiness, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and release coordination
  • Analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators to inform decisions and quantify benefits
  • Drive adoption through change management support, communications, training inputs, and stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8 years or more of experience in Finance, Operations, Project Management, or Digital Transformation roles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale transformation programs in global, cross-functional environments
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders to deliver on time and with quality
  • Strong requirements management skills, including traceability, version control, and governance documentation
  • Hands-on proficiency using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery, documentation, and team coordination
  • Experience creating business process models (Business Process Model and Notation and Unified Modeling Language)
  • Experience defining application programming interface requirements and integration specifications (for example, OpenAPI)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop clear, testable acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing cycles
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret operational data and measure business impact
  • Experience identifying process improvements that strengthen operational resilience and control effectiveness
  • Experience supporting technology adoption and change management within operational teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • Certification in project management or business analysis (for example, Project Management Professional, Certified Business Analysis Professional)
  • Experience building or partnering on operational dashboards and executive reporting
  • Experience designing exception handling workflows and end-to-end operational journeys
  • Experience with workflow optimization and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with applied artificial intelligence capabilities used in operational transformation
  • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Experience improving client experience through measurable operational change initiatives
