Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Fuel the Pipeline: Identify and create high-value qualified sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Master the Conversation: Lead intelligent, engaging discovery calls and email campaigns to qualify interest and build rapport with potential partners.
  • Bridge the Gap: Act as the critical intermediary between Marketing and Sales to facilitate seamless cross-functional teamwork.
  • Showcase Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Transporeon’s product offerings to help prospects solve complex logistics challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Langage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and German (C1/C2) is required for this role.
  • Sales Foundation: You bring at least 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) role
  • Communication Mastery: You possess excellent negotiation and active listening skills with a knack for building relationships.
  • Growth Mindset: You are a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and excel within a fast-paced career incubator.

Bonus Points For:

  • Prior experience or knowledge within the Logistics, Supply Chain or SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
