Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong market research, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client partnerships, and execute growth strategies that drives revenue and expand market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking platforms.
  • Prepare compelling business pitches, proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and collaboration agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure alignment and delivery of services.
  • Track performance against set targets and KPIs, and report to management.

 



Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

·       Good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

·       Strong knowledge and understanding of the oil and gas industry.

·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Development.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Solid sales and marketing expertise.

·       Must reside in Port Harcourt.
