About You

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and commercially minded Business Executive to drive business growth, expand our corporate client base, and strengthen our market presence. The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and managing corporate client relationships, executing marketing and sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Job description

  • Develop and implement marketing and business development plans that support the company's growth objectives.

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.

  • Build, develop, and maintain a strong portfolio of corporate clients.

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales, marketing, and revenue targets.

  • Develop proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to execute commercial strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

  • Support the implementation of advertising, sales promotion, and market research initiatives for the company's products and services.




  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements and excellent service.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

  • Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.



Requirements

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, ICT, or a related discipline.

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the solar energy industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.

  • Strong collaborative skills with technical teams to achieve expected targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
