Summary:
We are seeking motivated, dynamic, and goal-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving client acquisition and expanding our market presence by identifying high-potential leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting the full sales lifecycle. You will be instrumental in promoting Uvest’s real estate offerings, coordinating property viewings, and contributing to the growth of our business through consistent performance and strategic outreach. This role offers structured onboarding, continuous mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement within the real estate sector, coupled with competitive, performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify new client leads through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Conduct field-based prospecting and engage in relationship-building initiatives.
  • Promote Uvest’s real estate products and investment opportunities to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule property inspections with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads throughout the sales cycle to drive conversions.
  • Accurately document all lead interactions, client communications, and activity progress in the CRM.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and team engagement events to enhance skills and alignment.
  • Achieve assigned performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
