What Does the Job Involve?
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue by converting inbound leads and upselling existing customers. You will manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to close and conduct effective discovery calls, present tailored demonstrations, negotiate contracts and close deals. You will work closely with the Key Accounts, Sales Development, Marketing and Growth Teams to maximise conversion and deal size.

Are you a sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets? Do you have experience in selling software solutions to small and medium-sized businesses? Do you have a consultative sales approach based on thorough discovery, well-presented demonstrations, and rigorous pipeline management? If so, we want to hear from you! At Smartly, we are currently looking for a team-player with a hunter-like mentality with the ability to close sales, and outbound, product demonstration and HCM or SaaS experience would be advantageous.
