We have a fantastic opportunity for 2 x Business Analysts to join our team in London.
You’ll be working closely with a team of Service Improvement and Change Delivery Leads, providing business analysis support across a range of activities to enable the delivery of the Service Optimisation change portfolio.
Working on regulatory, strategic and business change projects, creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and potential solutions, enabling the delivery of projects to the required quality, on time and within budget.

Initial priorities within the role will include:

Working with Service Improvement and Change Delivery Leads on a range of activities across our business, helping to understand the business challenges and proactively identifying tangible customer-focussed solutions

Working with operational teams in the form of workshops to capture and document processes and requirements
Due to the nature of the role, you must possess proven experience of workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process and customer journey mapping, data collection and analysis, solution and benefit identification.
If you’re someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive presenter, capability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility, solution focus and are capable of using these skills to influence senior stakeholders and customers, then we want to hear from you.
