Lead hands-on development and production support for Clarion’s Dynamics 365 Field Service platform. Build resilient solutions using C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, plugins, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and REST APIs. Partner with the Field Service Architect, manage complex technical issues, and oversee Dynamics ALM, environments, source control, and release pipelines. Manage and mentor two Technical Consultants, improve engineering standards, and provide technical leadership across the team.

Carries out responsive repairs, maintenance, void works, and property MOTs across Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, and surrounding areas. The role requires skills across carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, flooring, and other secondary trades. Responsibilities include completing work efficiently within deadlines, delivering high-quality customer service, using a company vehicle and tools, and undertaking regular overtime as required.

Lead regional and national development marketing strategies across domestic and international schemes. Manage the marketing team, integrated campaigns, brand positioning, budgets, suppliers, stakeholder relationships, and performance measurement. Drive quality leads supporting sales targets while ensuring compelling, commercially effective communications. The role requires residential development marketing expertise across shared ownership and private sales, strong digital analytics and PR knowledge, creative problem-solving, and strategic leadership. Hybrid Manchester-based work requires at least three office days weekly, plus travel across the northern region and to London.

Deliver multi-trade maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across Borehamwood, Hertsmere and nearby areas. Perform carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen/bath fitting, tiling and flooring tasks, provide strong customer care, work to deadlines, use a company vehicle, and pass a basic criminal record check. Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales.
