Role:
We are seeking a competent and highly motivated person to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is essential in driving our strategic initiatives and supporting our growth in the Indonesia market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics and business proposal writing, with extensive experience in the Finance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Country Manager in the tabulation and analysis of statistical data across Indonesia entity.
- Develop and write detailed business proposals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Engage in and prepare in-depth analysis to provide cross-functional teams with clear insights and recommendations into the business, financials, risks, and opportunities.
- Support critical financial processes such as pricing/margin analysis, cost monitoring, balance sheet review, business forecasting and budget planning.
- Support closing process, assisting finance teams with verification of reconciliation data and BAST details, issuance of tax invoice, follow up on AR collection.
- Work closely with Sales Team to further improve forecasting process and accuracy.
- Support ad hoc projects in Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (majors in Economics/Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance sector.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-driven as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create and manage cross-functional relationships.
