Business Analyst - SAP Commerce
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst / Functional lead with a background in SAP Commerce Cloud to join our eCommerce team. You will serve as a crucial link between our business stakeholders and the development team. Your expertise will be critical in collecting business requirements and converting them into clear user stories for the development team, assisting in the writing of documentation, and validating features to ensure they align with both business and user expectations. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes.
Your main tasks are:
- Identifying areas for improvement in e-commerce webshops and suggesting possible enhancements that align with business needs.
- Translating business needs into actionable input for the development team, ensuring clarity and precision in requirements.
- Facilitate all scrum activities & events together with the product owner & project manager.
- Collaborating with internal teams to discuss implementation and integration details with other systems and services.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including business and functional requirements.
- Assist in the testing phase, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training end-users post-implementation.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s in information technology or business administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with minimum 2+ years’ experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris).
- Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce processes.
- Experience in wholesale distribution, eCommerce, or the pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
- Proven experience working in development teams using Agile (Scrum) methodologies. Scrum Master certification, would be nice to have.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for effective communication.
- Excellent communication skills to transform business requirements into clear documentation and actionable stories for the development team.
- Knowledge on project management tools like Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
