Position Description
This is a unique opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience in Research and Events management development to drive innovation and shape the future of our Research platforms.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Work with the Events team and other Research and Sales staff to identify product requirements and create and own the product roadmap for Forums platforms.
Business analysis of user-friendly and efficient events systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
Work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business stakeholder needs.
Conduct user research and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that the Events platform is integrated with other systems and tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and analyze data to drive product design.
Partner with Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements.
Work with business to define data administration and document governance.
Requirements
Bachelor/Masters degree in IT or Business
Around 3 years work experience as a BA or similar role, preferrable with a focus on Events development projects.
Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly.
Strong working knowledge of SQL to perform data analysis and identify data-driven solutions.
Strong understanding of product management, IT solutions, and client portal development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
Experience in equity research or related firm wide client portal is a bonus.
Familiarity with data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
