Position Description
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced BA/PM with a background in Research and event management to join the team. Key Areas of Responsibilities
Responsible for owning and driving the product roadmap for our Research platforms, with a primary focus on leading the Business requirements for Research and Forums.
Work with Research management and team to identify product requirements and create and own the product roadmap for Research platforms.
Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and analyze data to drive product design.
Lead the Business analyst of user-friendly and efficient Research systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
Work with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business stakeholder needs.
Conduct user research and monitor key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that the Research platform are integrated with other systems and tools.
Partner with Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements
Work closely with Equity Research analysts, Events teams, sales staff, and clients to create strategic and user-friendly Research products for the Research business and our clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Around 5 years of work experience as a BA or similar role, with proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
(Focus on Research development projects will be of advantage)Strong background in Research, client portal, product management, event management, and knowledge of the full lifecycle of research content production, as well as experience leading the delivery of software projects
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data and processes clearly.
Strong working knowledge of SQL to perform data analysis and identify data-driven solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of product management, IT solutions, and client portal development.
Excellent communication in English and Chinese
High collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Previous experience in equity research or related firm wide client portal is essential.
Familiarity with data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
