2026 APAC Career4Corp Case Challenge – Corporate Analyst Development Program (Hong Kong)
As a participant in the 2026 Career4Corp Challenge, you will be encouraged to develop creative ideas to solve a business case alongside other like-minded students. This Career4Corp Challenge is scheduled for Tuesday, 29th September, 2026. It is an exciting, collaborative and interactive event that will give you exposure to a realistic business case and will also help prepare you for the assessment center and beyond. You will gain a better understanding of the actual business scenarios that the firm faces in the operation space.
By participating in the event, you will also have the chance to be prioritized in the 2027 Corporate Analyst Development Program Summer (CADP) Internship Assessment Center. The CADP Internship Program is a 9-weeks program designed to develop your foundational skills within one of our lines of business or corporate functions, in one of three core business disciplines: Analytics, Project Management and Process Improvement.
Participants will be attending the event in-person and will require a personal laptop/desktop to participate.
Job responsibilities
Work alongside like-minded individuals with a strong passion in operations, data analytics and process improvement
Develop a solution as a group for a business case distributed on the event day
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Pursuing a degree qualification with a well-rounded academic background and expected graduation of December 2027 through July 2028
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex information and translate data into clear, actionable insights
Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies, with a digital-first mindset
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams
Proactive, team-oriented, and able to take initiative and demonstrate ownership
Curious with a growth mindset and strong learning agility
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business tools
