What you'll do
- Research and analyse how potential solutions and improvements should be delivered
- Document findings into specifications, user stories, etc. that will be used as the foundation of the development and testing phases
- Be able to prioritise feature requests, security/compliance improvements and bug fixes in partnership with relevant PMs and engineering leads into an achievable roadmap
- Responsible for observing & improving the CX triaging/Work Request process including measuring its effectiveness and prioritising potential improvementsInvolvement in the incident management process including assisting in clarifying customer impact
- Maintain a high level of communication to all interested parties on progress, scope, roadblocks to delivering work requests
- Be able to manage concurrent pieces of work and prioritise the effort on each and other dependencies.
What you'll bring
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst is highly desirable, but we're more interested in your ability to be proactive and eagerness to learn in the role
- Experience improving processes or products
- Experience working with engineering and product teams
- Understanding of development lifecycle and ability to priorities incidents and bugs as they come through
- Bonus - knowledge of invoice product
